I am a seismologist, specialised in modelling and imaging the earth's interior using seismic data. During my PhD I focussed on imaging the earth's mantle on a global and continental scale using Big Data. In my most recent projects, I am now modelling the response of fiber optic cables as they sense ground motion (DAS).

In my free time, I like to tinker with audio and audio-visual processing, play music, shoot pictures on analog cameras and read books.
