In the linked gitlab repository you can find the codes for ELM2D-DAS, a numerical modelling tool to simulate seismic waves and their recordings by both traditional seismometers and optical fibre cables (Distributed acoustic sensing). The codes were developed by Nicolas Celli from the original ELM by Gareth O'Brien, and published as part of the following journal article:

In my github page I collected some the scripts and functions that I wrote in the past years and find myself using on a daily basis. Mainly aimed to speed up routine tasks, they serve a variety of purposes, e.g. logging in into your favourite remote server and run a remote jupyter notebook.

I try to make all these scripts as general as possible, but since it is a work in progress, I encourage you to write me if you encounter any bugs!
